Spring Fling

When: Saturday March 15th 10a-1pm
Where:Via Sonoma pool Area.
There will be an egg hunt, a moon bounce, a cake walk and bunny sack races. To participate bring 1 dozen filled plastic eggs for each child participating to 728 Arrowood. To donate a cake contact Annette Kneer at 388-4517. In case of rain on the 15th, a scheduled makeup day is March 29th.

Wine Tasting group

Our first wine tasting was such a huge success; several neighbors are interested in starting a wine tasting group. The idea for this group would be to have the members host an evening at their home. The host would have just one or two kinds of wine and perhaps a light meal, nothing too costly and the members could then discuss the wine and enjoy a relaxing evening. This group is still in the planning stage and members could make any changes they wish. If you are interested, please contact Annette Kneer at 388-4517 or at Annette@hoasonoma.com.

Wanted Block Captains! A neighborhood watch program has been launched. There are still many more streets that need captains. if you are interested in being a Block Captain or want more information please email ksbarney@austin.rr.com.

The Survey

Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey. It will help the Board anticipate the wants and needs of the neighborhood.

Mark your calandars!

 

 

 

This year the HOA will be sponsoring two neighborhood garage sales. The first will be Saturday May 3rd and the second will be Saturday October 4th. The HOA will advertise that the neighborhood will be having a garage sale. Each individual home owner is responsible for their own signs. The HOA will be advertising in the Statesman, Round Rock Leader, and Craigslist.

 

 

 

 

Pool Season is comming!

 

 

Pool season is coming. The pool committee is hard at work making our pool ready for the weather. In the upcomming weeks the kiddie splash area will be cleaned. There is a lot of lime buildup on the water features that will be taken off, hopefully this will be done before the weather warms up and stays warm. At this time Goodwin is unable to issue new pool keys. If you already have a pool key it should work. Goodwin is hard at work fixing this issue, thanks for your patience.
