Sonoma HOA Pools

Pool Addresses:  2800 Barefoot Lane & 2052 Via Sonoma Trail Round Rock, TX

 

No Homeowner or Tenant may enter either pool gate without a working pool card.

 

Pool Hours/Season: April 1 - October 31, from 6am-10pm daily.  Barefoot pool slide is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend from 2-10pm while lifeguards are on duty.

 

Lifeguards/Gate Staff: (Equipt Aquatics) are on duty all week Memorial Day – Labor Day from 2-10pm.

 

Pool Parties:  If you wish to reserve the patio area of the pool for a pool party, you will need to fill out a Pool Party Reservation Form, located on Sonoma HOA website.  The fee is $25 for 2 hour time slots with a deposit of $25 (which will be shredded after the party is over if no incidents occur.)

 

Make checks payable to “Sonoma HOA” and mail to Ascension Property Management at PO Box 6527, Round Rock, TX 78683

 

The slide at the Barefoot pool is open only when a lifeguard is present, all week Memorial Day – Labor Day from 2-10pm.

 

Reasons your pool card may not work:

 

  1. There could be an outstanding balance on your account. Contact our office regarding payment.
  2. The pool card system was updated in 2014. If your card code begins with a 5 digit number, your card will not work. Your card number must reflect the following numeric format: 17202####. If you have an old card, please contact our office for a replacement.  You will need to fill out a new Pool Key Waiver Form.
  3. If the pool card was working previously, but is now very old, it may not be working any longer.  Please test this a few times to make sure it is not working & let our office know you need a new one.  You will need to fill out a new Pool Card Waiver Form located on this website.

 

Lost Pool Cards: will need to be suspended, so please let us know if your card is lost.  In order to replace a lost pool card, you will need to fill out a new Pool Card Waiver Form located on this website.

 

Pool Rule Reminders:

 

* Children of residents under the age of 15 years MUST be accompanied at all times by a resident over the age of 18.

 

* Residents between the ages of 16-18 may accompany one (1) guest. The resident MUST have with them a valid TX issued picture ID as proof of qualifying age.

 

*An owner or resident over 18 years must accompany guests at all times at the pool, except where rule #7 is applicable. Each Sonoma household is limited to four (4) guests at any one time. Guests of more than four (4) at the pool area shall be considered a “party” and therefore will require a reservation to confirm availability. Prior approval must be secured by the Property Manager.

 

*Any resident found to be “loaning” their pool card to non-residents will have their pool privileges suspended.
