Your Smartwebs Resident Portal is a place where you can pay your dues, access account information, view your balance, submit ACC requests, communicate with your property managers, and more!

Pay Your Dues
Sonoma HOA dues are due biannually every January 1 and July 1 in the amount of $300 per 6 month period. 
You can easily pay your dues on our online payment system through the Smartwebs Resident Portal.

Get a Pool Card
You will need to fill out a Pool Card Waiver Form to activate your card or request a new card. 
If you are landlord, your tenant will have to fill out a Pool Card Waiver Form, and you will need to fill out an Owner/Tenant Permission Form
For lost or additional pool cards, there is a $26 fee which can be paid through the form. 
Pool cards are processed Monday-Thursday and will be sent to you in the mail. No card pick up or drop off available. 
Your card will not be processed until a form and payment (when applicable as indicated in the form) has been received. 
Your card will be suspended for violating pool rules or if you have unpaid dues.

The Resale Certificate fee is $375.
All fees are collected upfront. 
Submit an ACC Request
ACC stands for Architectural Control Committee. ACC requests are required when making changes to your property. 
You may submit an ACC request by visiting your Resident Portal and beginning an application there or using this link: ACC Request Form
Please review the ACC Guidelines before submitting your request. It is important for your to include all the appropriate information and documents upon submission for the process to be timely.

Report or Inquire about a Violation
Please visit your Resident Portal, to view violations in question. You may contact us using the messaging feature or email us with questions or updates. 
You can report a concern for a violation using the Violation Concern Form. 
You will remain anonymous to the property and issue you are reporting.

Attend an HOA Meeting
Sonoma HOA holds monthly board meetings. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Most meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:45 PM at the Lake Forest Clubhouse. Please check the "Upcoming Meeting Notice and Agenda" linked below for definite times and location as well as more information about what will be discussed.

Get Involved
Sonoma has many opportunities to get involved in your HOA. Sonoma has a Board of Directors comprised of five elected members of the association who serve two year terms. At the annual meeting in August, the community elects candidates to empty board seat positions. There are also several committees in Sonoma HOA to get involved with. All board and committee members are volunteers from the community.

Architectural Control Committee- 
This committee assists will reviewing projects submitted to assess if they follow Sonoma's Architectural Guidelines to keep the neighborhood looking great. 
Finance Committee- 
The finance committee reviews monthly financials and assists in planning and proposing an annual budget. 
Social Committee- 
The social committee helps plan and put on events for the neighborhood to enjoy. 
Neighborhood Watch Committee- 
*No members currently.
Block captains needed.
