Dues
Sonoma HOA dues are due biannually every January 1 and July 1 in the amount of $300 per 6 month period. 
 
Pay Online:
You can easily pay your dues one-time or set up recurring payments using your Smartwebs Resident Portal linked above.
 
 
 
Pay by Check, Money Order, or using your bank's Online Bill Pay:
Include your SON ACCOUNT NUMBER found in your Resident Portal on your payment and send to:

Pool Cards
 
Please fill out a Pool Card Waiver Form to activate your card or request a new card. 
 
For lost or additional pool cards, there is a $26 fee which can be paid through the form. Your card will not be processed until a form and payment (when applicable as indicated in the form) has been received. 
 
Pool cards are processed Monday-Thursday and will be sent to you in the mail. No card pick up or drop off is available. You will receive a temporary access code while you wait for your card in the mail. 
 
Landlord/Tenants: If you are landlord, your tenant will have to fill out a Pool Card Waiver Form, and you will need to fill out an Owner/Tenant Permission Form
 
Pool cards will be suspended for violating pool rules or unpaid dues.

ACC Requests
Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
 
Submit an ACC Request: 
Homeowners can submit ACC requests using the Resident Portal. 
 
 
ACC requests are REQUIRED when making CHANGES to the EXTERIOR of your property. 
 
 
To ensure a timely decision for your project, please include the following information (when applicable) to your request: 
 
  • Plat Map (Survey) of your property
    • include location and dimensions of structure, addition, modification, etc. on the survey
  • Basic Design Documents
    • drawings, diagrams, etc.
  • Sample Photos
    • color choice, materials, etc.

Sonoma homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend meetings. Attendees have an opportunity to provide input near the start of the meeting during Homeowner Forum. The Homeowner Forum is for discussion of general HOA matters only. No personal issues nor specific homeowners/addresses will be discussed (maximum 3 minutes per homeowner). 
The Upcoming Meeting Notice and Agenda linked above will have information on what topics will be discussed at a particular meeting and will updated 6 days prior to a meeting date. Notices will also be sent to homeowner email addresses on file. 
 
 
Get Involved
Sonoma has many opportunities to get involved in your HOA. Sonoma has a Board of Directors comprised of five elected members of the association who serve two year terms. At the annual meeting in August, the community elects candidates to empty board seat positions. There are also several committees in Sonoma HOA to get involved with. All board and committee members are volunteers from the community.

Architectural Control Committee- 
This committee assists will reviewing projects submitted to assess if they follow Sonoma's Architectural Guidelines to keep the neighborhood looking great. 
 
Finance Committee- 
The finance committee reviews monthly financials and assists in planning and proposing an annual budget. 
 
Social Committee- 
The social committee helps plan and put on events for the neighborhood to enjoy. 
 
Neighborhood Watch Committee-
